I am currently exclusively recruiting a Senior Administration Coordinator for a well-established organisation with a strong industry presence and a collaborative, values-driven culture. They are known for their professionalism, operational excellence and commitment to continuous improvement.
What’s on Offer
$85,000 – $90,000 + Super;
17.5% leave loading;
Additional Christmas leave;
Annual phone allowance;

WFH – 2 days per week;
8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexible);

The Role
This role goes beyond traditional executive support. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring operational efficiency, structured processes and seamless coordination across projects and events.
Key responsibilities include:
Diary, inbox and travel management;
Preparing agendas, capturing detailed minutes and tracking actions;
Coordinating leadership meetings, forums and industry events;
Supporting project planning, timelines and follow-up of deliverables;
Acting as key administrator for CRM, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy;
Managing SharePoint administration and supporting content governance;
Assisting with budget tracking, procurement and financial administration;
Maintaining structured document management and reporting processes; and
Supporting onboarding and cross-team collaboration initiatives.
About You
You are proactive, highly organised and confident working with senior stakeholders. You enjoy improving processes, building structure and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will bring:
Minimum 5 years’ experience providing executive or senior administrative support;
Strong project coordination experience;
Experience preparing agendas and taking accurate, professional minutes;
Demonstrated experience setting up systems and improving processes;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint;
Ability to learn new systems quickly and confidently manage CRM platforms; and
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
