A market-leading construction disputes team in Melbourne is looking to add a Senior Associate, or a high-performing Associate (4–7 PQE), due to strong workflow and pipeline.
 
This is varied, high-quality work, not cookie-cutter files. The role will involve major construction litigation, Security of Payment adjudications, expert determinations and arbitration (arbitration exposure is helpful, but not essential). Matters span both principal and contractor-side work, with exposure to large, complex disputes as well as smaller but still technical and interesting matters.
 
A key point here is the way the team operates. It is a genuinely national practice model, so you are not siloed by office or tied to one partner. You will work directly with partners and on matters across Australia, which keeps the work varied and gives strong development for lawyers looking to step up.
