Senior Business Analyst opportunity to work with large Qld utilities organisation where you will be responsible for discovery and delivering the replacement of a major enterprise management platform.
 
You will provide support on the SAP Identity Management Replacement project from initial investment definition and market engagement through requirements, vendor assessment, testing and deployment readiness.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop executive-ready business case inputs, including problem and opportunity statements, strategic options, scope, costs and cost drivers, benefits, risks, assumptions, dependencies, investment justification and preferred-option rationale;

• Lead or support market scans and end-to-end RFI, RFP and RFT activities, including procurement artefacts, vendor briefings, evaluation criteria, weighted scoring, moderation, due diligence and contract award recommendations; and

• Map the end-to-end identity ecosystem across SAP and non-SAP applications, including authoritative sources, identity data flows, interfaces, dependencies, duplicated capabilities, control hand-offs, manual activities and points of cyber risk.

You will bring strengths within:

• Substantial delivery within cyber security, Identity and Access Management or other complex enterprise transformation initiatives;

• Developing business cases that define problem statements, strategic options, costs, benefits, risks, dependencies and investment justification;

• Leading market scans and end-to-end RFI, RFP or RFT processes; and

• Assessing enterprise IAM capabilities across SAP and non-SAP environments, identify capability overlap and gaps.

Desirable:

• Experience supporting IAM or IGA replacement programs and cyber security initiatives;

• Understanding of IAM and IGA identity governance concepts;

• Exposure to SAP IDM, IGA, SAP Security, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk platforms; and

• Knowledge of cyber frameworks such as AES-CSF, SOCI, NIST CSF, ASD ISM, Essential Eight and Zero Trust principles.

Role is based in Newstead. Hybrid WFH available.
 
Fully remote from NSW or VIC considered. The contractor will be required to travel to Brisbane for the first week and possibly at other times throughout the life of the contract.
