Are you a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems within large-scale technology environments?

We are seeking an experienced Senior BA to support a major digital transformation program within a complex global organisation.

The initial contract is for 12 months with potential for extension, with an ASAP start. Please note that onboarding may be lengthy due to the scale and complexity of the organisation and program.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead complex requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation;

• Facilitate workshops and engage senior business and technology stakeholders;

• Analyse current and future-state processes across complex environments;

• Define integration requirements across core and satellite systems;

• Develop business cases and support solution design and UAT; and

• Maintain requirements traceability and support delivery through the life-cycle.

About You

You'll bring:

• Active Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance (essential);

• 10+ years' Business Analysis experience;

• Strong enterprise technology and complex transformation experience;

• Proven senior stakeholder engagement and influencing capability;

• Strong experience across requirements, process analysis and integration; and

• Experience operating within large, complex or highly regulated environments.

You will join a major three-year digital transformation program with senior executive backing and visibility.

The program spans a broad enterprise application landscape, with a focus on improving application capability, integration and business processes across a complex organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior BA who enjoys complexity, can bring structure to evolving business problems and wants to play a key role in a highly visible transformation program.

Please note that active Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this position.
