Join a well-established nationwide insurer specialising in workers’ compensation claims. We’re seeking an experienced Case Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of claims, delivering timely, compliant, and empathetic support to injured workers, employers, and stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
Manage the full life cycle of workers’ compensation claims, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes;
Provide professional guidance on entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities;
Liaise with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings; and
Participate in claim reviews and case conferences.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in case management, allied health, or client-focused roles;
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer outcomes; and
Qualifications or experience in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology, or related fields is advantageous.
