In short you’ll be: driving better decisions through sharper commercial insight. 
 
More specifically, you will:

• Develop and shape pricing and commercial strategies, and track how they perform in the real world;

• Build and run scenario models across portfolios, products and customers (because strategy is rarely linear);

• Research, benchmark and challenge assumptions to support big-picture decisions;

• Lead business case development, from feasibility through to stakeholder buy-in;

• Support investment appraisal and benefits realisation, ensuring ideas deliver what they promise;

• Provide deep financial analysis and storytelling that executives actually want to read;

• Help design measurement frameworks so success can be tracked, not guessed;

• Partner closely with stakeholders, acting as a trusted commercial advisor and sounding board; and

• Support governance around pricing and investment decisions, without drowning anyone in process.

What you’ll bring:
 
You’re commercially minded, strategically curious, and comfortable operating in complexity. 
 
You’ll likely have:

• Strong experience in commercial finance, strategy, investment appraisal or financial analysis;

• A track record of influencing decisions through clear modelling, logic and communication;

• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and translating numbers into plain English;

• Solid grounding in pricing, business cases, benefits management and risk assessment; and

• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (professional qualifications welcomed).

Just as important as your CV:

• You enjoy solving ambiguous problems;

• You can zoom out to strategy and dive into detail when needed; and

• You care about impact, not just outputs.
