An established national services business is seeking a commercially strong Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of key enterprise clients. 
 
This is a strategic, revenue-owning role - not a reactive service position. You will act as a trusted advisor, protect margin, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities across complex customer environments. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts;

  • Lead renewals, pricing reviews and contract negotiations;

  • Deliver structured business reviews;

  • Develop account plans, manage risk and protect revenue;

  • Act as escalation point for high-priority issues;

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure strong service delivery;

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities; and

  • Lead onboarding of new services within your accounts.

About You

  • 3+ years’ account management experience in healthcare, transport or logistics;

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability;

  • Proven track record of retention and account growth;

  • Confident managing senior stakeholders;

  • Highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused; and

  • CRM and reporting proficiency.

This is a fully remote role.
