They are now looking for a client-facing Digital Marketing Specialist / Snr Digital Account Manager to lead digital strategy and performance across a portfolio of clients.
 
The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, CRM systems and revenue performance, with a strong focus on full-funnel marketing strategy powered by HubSpot.
 
You’ll work closely with clients to connect marketing activity to real commercial outcomes – analysing lead quality, optimising the marketing funnel and ensuring campaigns translate into pipeline and revenue growth.
 
Acting as the strategic lead across your client portfolio, you’ll translate performance data into clear insights while coordinating internal specialists across Paid Media, SEO, Content and Web.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients;

  • Lead strategy conversations and monthly performance reviews;

  • Analyse performance across SEO & paid media channels;

  • Use HubSpot and CRM data to assess lead quality, pipeline and funnel performance;

  • Conduct full-funnel audits to identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue outcomes;

  • Translate marketing metrics into pipeline, revenue and ROI insights;

  • Coordinate internal teams across paid media, SEO, content and web; and

  • Deliver clear reporting and strategic recommendations to clients.

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency;

  • Strong knowledge of SEM and SEO best practices;

  • Experience analysing campaign performance across paid and organic channels;

  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar;

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.);

  • Confident communicator with excellent client management skills; and

  • Commercially minded with a focus on driving measurable results.
