I am looking for an experienced Senior ERP Specialist to join a high performing Technology team within a large government entity. This is an excellent opportunity for a systems focused professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, technology and process improvement.
In this role, you will provide business intelligence and analytical reporting services, support critical finance systems, including TechnologyOne CiA and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery across the organisation. You will work as part of a collaborative team in a shared services environment supporting enterprise finance systems.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong TechnologyOne CiA administration capability with business analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
As the Senior ERP Specialist, you will:
Implement, maintain and enhance finance business application systems, including managing upgrades, enhancements and system documentation;
Partner closely with finance teams and internal customers to design and deliver practical solutions that improve processes and increase automation and self service capability;
Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc reports using business intelligence and reporting tools, particularly Power BI and TechnologyOne reporting solutions;
Provide analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision making;
Perform critical cyclical system activities, including daily system monitoring, quarterly reporting and year end financial processes;
Deliver training and guidance to users on the effective use of finance systems; and
Monitor system incidents and trends and provide recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Experience supporting and administering TechnologyOne CiA or enterprise finance systems, ideally within a complex organisational environment;
Strong capability in translating business requirements into practical system solutions;
Experience developing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar;
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to customer focused service delivery; and
A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
