An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced finance leader to join a growing international organisation as a Senior Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and dotted line to the CFO, this role will play a key leadership position within the global finance function, overseeing financial control, statutory reporting, governance, tax compliance oversight and finance operations across multiple international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the leadership of a global finance function across multiple regions;
Managing and developing finance team members located across the globe;
Overseeing month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes;
Coordinating statutory reporting and external audit requirements;
Assisting with half-year and full-year financial reporting under IFRS;
Maintaining and enhancing financial controls, governance frameworks and accounting policies;
Driving finance transformation and process improvement initiatives;
Managing relationships with external tax advisors and supporting global tax compliance activities;
Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making; and
Contributing to Board, executive and governance reporting requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
CA or CPA qualification;
Experience within a multinational, listed or complex corporate environment;
Strong technical accounting knowledge including IFRS and statutory reporting;
Proven experience leading and developing finance teams;
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; and
Experience partnering with auditors, advisors and senior leadership teams.
