Reporting to a recognised and established leader, this role will have visibility across a finance team that have continued to go from strength to strength. This role can be seen as a genuine platform to grow your career with an organisation who aren’t slowing down their own growth. 
 
More specifically, you will:

• Manage and coordinate various month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all relevant financial activities are completed and reconciled;

• Assist to drive continuous improvement within the monthly reporting processes and systems, helping establish best practice processes and standards;

• Assist the coordination of the statutory accounts preparation for ASX and ASIC;

• Ensure compliance with AFSL requirements, manage monthly calculations, and prepare related reports; and

• Assist with the preparation of tax return calculations and liaise with tax agents.

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or related field;

• Post graduate (CA/CPA) accounting qualification or equivalent;

• 5+ years of experience in external reporting finance roles;

• Proven experience with AASB frameworks;

• Strong communication, presentation & analytical skills; and

• Ability to manage processes and coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
