This senior partnering role shapes people strategy for a large industrial business, advising executives on capability, culture, workforce design and organisational performance. It blends strategic influence with hands-on delivery, driving long-term workforce readiness while enabling leaders to lift performance, navigate change and build a high-engagement, future-focused organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with executives to align people strategy with business priorities;
Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives;
Coach and influence senior leaders to enhance performance;
Drive cultural and engagement programs that strengthen capability;
Anticipate workforce trends and future skill needs;
Use people analytics to inform decisions and measure impact;
Manage complex employee relations and risk mitigation; and
Support change, transformation and continuous improvement across the business.
We are searching for a credible, commercially minded and highly capable strategic HR Business Partner who blends executive-level influence with practical, hands-on delivery. Though not formally leading direct reports, they will provide guidance and mentorship across the team while driving meaningful organisational impact.
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related discipline;
8 - 10 years HR experience in large, complex organisations;
Strong executive partnering and coaching capability;
Proven experience in organisational change and culture transformation;
Must have a car and valid driver’s license;
Skilled in organisational design and workforce planning;
Strong ER and case management capability;
Proficient in people analytics and data-driven decision making; and
Ability to influence, engage and build trusted senior relationships.
