We are partnering with a global leader who deliver essential services for the Australian community. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role supporting senior leaders across one of their key sites in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with site leaders and senior managers to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions;
Act as the primary people interface between the site and the group P+C CoE function;
Influence and coach leaders through complex employee relations and change management;
Support a workforce operating in a unionised environment, working closely with the IR Manager;
Lead and support HR capability, including direct leadership of 1 HR report; and
Support operational transitions and transformation activities across the site.
About You
Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a complex, operational, or unionised environment;
Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge and support senior leaders;
Solid grounding in employee and industrial relations, with the confidence to navigate union dynamics; and
Experience working across multiple sites or geographically dispersed teams.
