We are partnering with a global leader who deliver essential services for the Australian community.  Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role supporting senior leaders across one of their key sites in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with site leaders and senior managers to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions;

  • Act as the primary people interface between the site and the group P+C CoE function;

  • Influence and coach leaders through complex employee relations and change management;

  • Support a workforce operating in a unionised environment, working closely with the IR Manager;

  • Lead and support HR capability, including direct leadership of 1 HR report; and

  • Support operational transitions and transformation activities across the site.

About You

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a complex, operational, or unionised environment;

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge and support senior leaders;

  • Solid grounding in employee and industrial relations, with the confidence to navigate union dynamics; and

  • Experience working across multiple sites or geographically dispersed teams.
