About the Role
This role leads the HR function nationally, working closely with the executive team to support leaders, strengthen capability and ensure people strategy is aligned to the commercial needs of the business.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as the principal HR advisor and strategic partner to the Australian leadership team;
Leading the HR function nationally, setting direction across talent, workforce planning and organisational development;
Designing and delivering strategic HR programs including succession planning, leadership development and change initiatives;
Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations, industrial relations and legislative compliance;
Coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive high performance, engagement and capability;
Leading, mentoring and developing the HR team to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes; and
Representing HR at leadership level and contributing to broader business strategy and decision-making.
About You
You’re a confident, commercially minded senior HR leader who is comfortable operating at executive level while remaining connected to the business.
You will bring:
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a complex or operational environment;
Strong capability across ER/IR, change management and organisational development;
Exceptional stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills;
A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution; and
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
