You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

This is an office-based position in Melbourne CBD, five days per week, and will suit someone who enjoys being visible, accessible and genuinely embedded within the business.

The Role:

  • Provide end-to-end HR business partnering support to senior leaders and their teams;

  • Partner across workforce planning, talent management, organisational development and broader people initiatives;

  • Oversee recruitment across a range of professional and specialist roles;

  • Manage and develop junior members of the HR team, with direct reporting responsibility;

  • Provide broader mentorship and support across the HR function;

  • Contribute to projects focused on AI adoption, process improvement and operational efficiencies; and

You will be an experienced and commercially minded HR professional who can quickly establish credibility and operate with a high degree of autonomy. Importantly, you will bring previous HR experience within professional services, with an understanding of the pace, stakeholder expectations and complexities that come with partnering in a sophisticated, relationship-led environment.

You will bring:
