As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy, building organisational capability and delivering impactful people initiatives across an enterprise-wide environment.
 
Partnering closely with executive and senior leaders, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic HR guidance and supporting the evolution of the People function towards a more proactive and commercially focused partnering model.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic workforce initiatives aligned to business objectives;

• Provide expert advice across organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, change management and employee relations;

• Collaborate with specialist People teams including Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Learning, Legal and Remuneration to deliver integrated people solutions;

• Influence enterprise wide transformation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across the broader People function; and

• Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, enhance performance and drive positive organisational outcomes.

About You

• Significant experience operating as a Senior Human;

• Resource Business Partner;

• Strong industrial relations expertise;

• Demonstrated success delivering organisational change, transformation and workforce initiatives;

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders;

• Experience partnering with diverse operational workforces within highly regulated environments; and

• A collaborative and commercially minded approach.
