An opportunity to join a well-established financial services organisation in a Senior Technology Analyst role, acting as the key escalation point within the team with a pathway to management.

This is a hands-on position suited to a strong Senior Support Analyst who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring others, and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve incidents and service requests across end-user devices, applications, and systems;

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues;

  • Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support;

  • Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and communication with users;

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management and root cause analysis; and

  • Support process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team.

About You

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in Service Desk / IT Support;

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments (preferred);

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and business applications;

  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira or similar);

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi); and

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills.

Nice to Have

  • ITIL Foundation (or similar); and

  • Exposure to structured IT service management environments.
