We’re partnering with a well-established employment law firm to find an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. Opportunities like this don’t come up often, as the firm has very low turnover and people tend to stay long term.
About the firm
This is a highly regarded specialist employment practice with around 25 lawyers. The culture is professional but down-to-earth, with a strong focus on people, teamwork and mutual support.
That approach is led from the top. The Chairman is known for being kind and approachable, and for valuing doing the right thing by both staff and clients. This sets the tone across the firm.
The firm works with both corporate clients and individuals, often supporting people through difficult or stressful situations. Because of this, they value maturity, empathy and strong professional boundaries.
