The Role

As Senior Legal Counsel you will:

• Advise on intellectual property strategy and enforcement across multiple jurisdictions;

• Draft, review and negotiate a full suite of commercial agreements;

• Provide clear, pragmatic guidance on regulatory, consumer and compliance matters;

• Support data privacy and cyber-security frameworks in line with Australian and international standards; and

• Manage relationships with external counsel and drive efficiencies in legal operations.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit legal team, working on complex issues in a fast-paced environment. Early-morning calls to Asia or Europe won’t faze you – you’ll ensure our legal advice keeps pace with the business.

About You

You will:

• Have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent, admitted in Australia;

• Have a Minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience gained in private practice and / or in-house;

• Have a proven expertise in IP, commercial contracting and compliance;

• Be resilient, solutions-oriented and confident influencing senior stakeholders; and

• Be available to work full-time on-site in Brisbane and comfortable with multi-time-zone collaboration.
