We are looking for a CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with 4+ years’ experience, ideally within the financial services space. This role offers the ideal next step to take your strong technical foundation into a dynamic, future-focused environment where your work directly shapes commercial outcomes. 
 
As a Senior Management Accountant, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategy and deliver insights that influence key decisions. You’ll still draw on your technical expertise, but with broader scope - driving performance, supporting improvement and growing into a trusted commercial advisor.  
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Report directly into the CFO and assist with managing operational finance functions embedded within the ANZ business;

• Prepare, analyse and report on key performance drivers including monthly KPI reporting;

• Construct cost-benefit analyses, business cases and associated metrics for new projects and business opportunities;

• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes for the ANZ business;

• Build appropriate budgeting and forecasting models for the overall region, by channel, partner and cost centre; and

• Support the business through consolidated analytics, insights, gap analysis and commentary for management reporting to support the delivery of business targets and initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent);

• Relevant degree qualifications in accounting, business and/or finance;

• Strong experience within the Financial Services industry; and

• A confident communicator who is comfortable working with non-finance stakeholders.
