About our client:

How you will contribute:

As the Senior Payroll Officer, the primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large volume of employees.

  • Manage high-volume end-to-end payroll across multiple cycles;

  • Process new starters, terminations and all employee payments accurately;

  • Handle payroll inbox, queries and provide excellent employee support;

  • Assist with month-end and year-end payroll processes and reconciliations; and

  • Maintain compliance, accurate records and smooth payroll administration.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing end-to-end payroll in medium to large organisations;

  • Ability to manage payroll inbox and respond to employee queries;

  • Process new starters, terminations and employee payments accurately;

  • Support month-end and year-end payroll activities; and

  • Maintain compliance, accurate records and smooth payroll administration.
