As the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will partner closely with executive leaders and key stakeholders across a national network of financial advisory, accounting, and wealth management businesses. You will drive strategic people initiatives, support large-scale organisational change, enhance leadership capability, and deliver scalable people solutions that enable continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with divisional CEO and senior leadership team to deliver strategic people solutions that support business growth and performance;
Lead significant transformation and change initiatives, helping shape the future operating model of a rapidly expanding organisation;
Design and implement people frameworks, programs and processes from the ground up, creating scalable solutions for a growing business;
Balance large-scale strategic projects with the day-to-day demands of senior business partnering in a fast-paced environment;
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability and employee relations;
Drive people initiatives through to completion, taking ownership and accountability for outcomes with minimal direction;
Support leaders through periods of growth, change and integration while maintaining a strong focus on culture and employee experience;
Work collaboratively across the People & Culture team to share expertise, build capability and deliver enterprise-wide outcomes; and
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively implement solutions that enable the business to scale effectively.
About you
A seasoned People & Culture leader with extensive experience partnering with senior executives to drive business performance and growth; Ideally from financial or professional services environments;
Proven success leading organisational transformation, change initiatives and workforce planning in complex environments;
Strong expertise across contemporary HR practices, employee relations and people strategy;
Experience designing and implementing scalable people frameworks, programs and processes from the ground up;
Commercially astute, with the ability to align people initiatives to broader business objectives;
A trusted advisor who builds strong relationships and influences stakeholders at all levels;
Highly proactive, resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments;
Strong coaching, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to delivering outcomes;
An effective communicator with the ability to navigate complexity, drive change and bring people on the journey; and
Committed to continuous improvement and creating practical people solutions that enable organisations to scale successfully.
