We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join a global organisation based in Queensland. You will shape culture, capability and performance across the business. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership to build high-performing teams. You’ll operate with a high level of trust and autonomy while remaining close to the business. The role offers variety, influence and the chance to see your work drive real outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to provide pragmatic, strategic people advice;

• Lead workforce planning, talent, performance and capability initiatives;

• Coach leaders to lift engagement, accountability and leadership effectiveness;

• Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters;

• Support safety, wellbeing and return-to-work practices; and

• Contribute to and deliver key people and culture projects.

Ideal Candidate:

The client is looking for a proven People & Culture partner who thrives in complexity. You balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and influence leaders to achieve lasting people and business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in senior P&C or HR business partnering;

• Strong working knowledge of ER, IR, performance and safety matters;

• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders;

• Experience delivering people initiatives and change programs; and

• Excellent communication, judgement and stakeholder management skills.
