Are you a Senior Process Analyst who can hit the ground running, work independently and bring structure to complex and evolving environments?
This is an opportunity to join a specialist Classified Environments program where you will take ownership of process analysis, documentation and improvement across a critical technology environment.
The team has a significant gap around process definition and documentation and is looking for a strong Process Analyst who can independently assess how processes currently operate, identify gaps and develop practical, sustainable processes and documentation.
You’ll work closely with business, technology and ServiceNow stakeholders, with the autonomy to get on with the work and drive outcomes without needing significant day-to-day direction.
An active NV1 Security Clearance is essential for this position. ServiceNow experience is also essential.
About the Role
Lead process analysis and documentation across a complex technology environment;
Review existing processes, identify gaps and develop improvement opportunities;
Develop current-state and future-state process maps and documentation;
Work independently to establish structure within an evolving environment;
Engage stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, roles and dependencies; and
Support process improvement and ServiceNow-related activities.
About You
Active NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory;
Strong experience as a Senior Process Analyst;
Strong ServiceNow experience or understanding is essential;
Proven process mapping, documentation and improvement capability;
Highly autonomous with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes; and
Telco, utilities or logistics experience highly desirable; Defence/Government advantageous.
