The program itself is a large-scale, multi-million dollar system implementation, including a complex rollout across thousands of end-users.

The program carries immense strategic importance. This mandate requires a seasoned leader who can step in to provide robust governance, delivery leadership and oversight of a systems integration partner currently managing the delivery phase.

Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, your core objective will be to drive key elements of this multi-million dollar delivery, strengthen existing governance frameworks, manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships and ensure successful outcomes within challenging timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic governance, oversight and delivery leadership across a high-value, enterprise-wide software implementation;

• Manage and hold accountable the primary systems integration partner to ensure milestones are met within scope and budget;

• Actively manage complex program interdependencies across the broader Technology ecosystem;

• Realign and remediate delivery tracks where necessary, bringing lagging workstreams back on schedule through pragmatic problem-solving;

• Work closely with Senior Leadership Team to ensure the program remains tightly aligned with overarching business objectives and broader transformation initiatives;

• Navigate a shifting internal landscape to maintain project momentum amidst active organisational restructuring; and

• Craft concise, data-driven board packs and executive presentations to clearly communicate program status, risks and milestones to the executive team.

The Skills You Need:

• Proven Program Delivery Experience: Demonstrated success stepping into mid-flight, large-scale technology transformations to improve, realign, or remediate delivery tracks;

• Large-Scale Rollouts: A proven track record of steering multi-million dollar systems implementations impacting thousands of users across distributed networks;

• Vendor Management: Exceptional capability in managing, negotiating with and driving accountability of consulting firms and global systems integrators;

• Executive Presence & Grounded Practicality: The ability to communicate complex architectural or delivery risks into clear, practical business advice for the Head of Technology and board; and

• Stakeholder Engagement: Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to manage competing priorities within complex, fast-moving corporate environments.
