About the Company

This purpose-led organisation is undergoing a significant organisational transformation, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior OD Specialist to join the team and provide critical support during one of the busiest periods of the year. 
 
With a recent transformation project almost finalised, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery and integration of remuneration and benefits initiatives across the organisation.  
 
About the Role 
 
Joining the Organisational Development team, you will support the Head of OD, supporting the successful delivery of the annual remuneration and benefits review cycle through Workday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver annual remuneration review processes;

  • Manage salary bench-marking activities;

  • Conduct remuneration analysis and provide recommendations on pay positioning;

  • Support annual and out-of-cycle salary reviews;

  • Produce reports, insights and recommendations for executive stakeholders;

  • Analyse large and complex data sets to support workforce decisions;

  • Support remuneration review cycles through Workday;

  • Respond to leader and employee queries relating to remuneration and talent processes; and

  • Facilitate training sessions and leadership briefings on review cycle processes where required.

About You

You are an immediately available technically strong remuneration and rewards professional who is comfortable operating in a large & complex environment and partnering with senior stakeholders. 
 
Ideally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in Compensation, Rewards or Remuneration roles;

  • Experience delivering annual remuneration review cycles;

  • Strong salary bench-marking and market analysis experience;

  • Exposure to Workday highly desirable, but not essential;

  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence managing large volumes of data;

  • Strong reporting, analytics and presentation capabilities;

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; and

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
