What you’ll be doing:
Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities;
Deliver consultative, needs-based sales conversations;
Drive retention, upgrades and cross-sell opportunities;
Build trusted relationships with members and customers;
Handle complex enquiries with professionalism and care;
Support team capability through coaching and mentoring;
Maintain compliance across products and processes; and
Work closely with marketing, operations and stakeholder teams.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in sales or retention environments;
Strong consultative selling and objection handling skills;
Proven success working towards KPIs and targets;
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability;
High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen;
Confident using CRM systems and sales platforms;
Experience within regulated industries highly regarded; and
Health insurance or financial services experience advantageous.
