The Opportunity

You’ll be a key contributor to the evolution of our core platform, designing and building backend services that power healthcare analytics and compliance intelligence. This is a hands-on engineering role where your decisions will directly shape performance, reliability, and scalability across the product.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services primarily in Golang;

• Develop REST/gRPC APIs and data pipelines supporting our SaaS platform;

• Optimise systems for scalability, reliability, and high-volume data processing;

• Collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams to deliver new features end-to-end;

• Implement CI/CD, testing, and containerised deployment (Docker, Kubernetes); and

• Contribute to architectural discussions and mentor engineers across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ software engineering experience with a strong backend focus;

• 3+ years’ professional experience in Golang, building APIs or microservices in production;

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD workflows;

• Solid understanding of concurrency, clean architecture, and system design;

• Exposure to Ruby on Rails is a bonus — useful for legacy service integration, not essential;

• Familiarity with React/TypeScript frontends or API integration a plus; and

• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional, distributed teams.
