This is a hands-on Senior Solutions Architect role within a lean, collaborative environment where you will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and vendors to shape practical, scalable enterprise solutions. You’ll play a key role across solution design, integrations, architecture governance and transformation delivery while partnering directly with senior leaders across Corporate Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design scalable solutions across HR, Payroll, Finance and integrations;
Provide hands-on architectural guidance to delivery teams and stakeholders;
Support enterprise transformation programs within Agile environment;
Ensure alignment across security, compliance, privacy and risk requirements;
Collaborate with vendors, integrators and business leaders on delivery outcomes;
Manage architectural risks, dependencies and technical debt; and
Support adoption of new platforms, processes and operating models.
Essential Criteria:
MUST have strong Workday architecture experience;
Proven expertise across Workday HCM, Payroll and/or Financials;
Extensive experience as a Senior Solutions Architect within enterprise environments;
Background delivering large-scale transformation programs;
Experience within regulated or high-compliance environments;
Strong understanding of integrations, data flows and security models;
Agile and SAFe delivery experience at enterprise scale; and
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
