With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, they're now looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team. About the Role This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced structural engineer ready to take ownership of complex projects from concept through to completion. You'll provide advanced technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and act as a key point of contact for clients — all while contributing to a firm that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
 What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and reviewing structural designs, calculations, and specifications across a range of projects

• Completing advanced calculations using software such as ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass, and Structural Toolkit

• Independently attending site inspections and carrying out shop drawing reviews

• Managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients

• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing

• Conducting peer reviews and audits to maintain quality and compliance standards

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including attending meetings and presentations

**What You'll Bring
**

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• 5+ years of structural engineering design experience

• Advanced technical expertise and strong knowledge of industry codes and standards

• Proficiency with structural design software (ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass or similar)

• Strong project management, organisational, and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and delegate within a team environment
