I am partnering with a leading private sector enterprise to recruit a Senior Technical Lead on a large-scale ERP transformation. This role is ideal for someone from a Consulting or Big Four background who has delivered multiple end-to-end ERP programs or led a major system integrator on the client side.

This is an initial day rate contract through to November 2026 with likely extensions, based in Brisbane CBD. Experience on Dynamics 365 is preferred, but not essential.

As the technical authority across the program, you will work closely with executive stakeholders, the system integrator and internal delivery teams to drive successful design, build and deployment outcomes, ensuring strong governance, quality and commercial accountability throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the full ERP lifecycle including architecture, integration, data migration and environment strategy;

• Oversee and govern the system integrator, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to scope and commercial accountability;

• Lead and mentor internal technical and functional delivery teams;

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture;

• Manage risks, dependencies and technical decision making across multiple workstreams;

• Drive best practice implementation methodologies and ensure appropriate controls and documentation standards; and

• Engage confidently with C suite stakeholders, steering committees and external vendors.

About You

• Proven track record delivering multiple enterprise ERP implementations end to end;

• Background in a Consulting or Big Four environment, ideally having led large transformation programs;

• Strong vendor management experience, including holding system integrators accountable to milestones, budget and quality;

• Deep understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, security, data and cloud environments;

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level; and

• Commercially astute with strong governance and risk management capability.
