SEO Manager
Legal Sector | Hybrid, Sydney CBD
Some SEO roles are about maintenance. This one is about winning.
A high-growth business within the legal sector is looking for an SEO Manager to take ownership of organic search and drive measurable growth in one of the most competitive online categories.
You’ll be working on a large, high-authority website where SEO is taken seriously - not as a support channel, but as a core driver of revenue and new business.
This is a role for someone who enjoys competition, complexity and impact.
The role
You’ll own and evolve the organic search strategy end-to-end, working closely with marketing, content and paid teams to increase visibility, traffic and conversions.
There’s real scope to shape direction. From technical SEO and site architecture through to content strategy and how the business adapts to AI-driven search and generative engines.
You won’t just be executing - you’ll be influencing how search drives growth across the business.
What you’ll be doing
Owning and executing the SEO strategy across a large website;
Driving technical SEO improvements and site performance;
Identifying opportunities to win in highly competitive search spaces;
Leading keyword strategy and content direction;
Adapting strategy in line with AI search and algorithm changes; and
Analysing performance and turning insights into growth.
About you
You’re an experienced SEO specialist who understands how to compete (and win!) in crowded, high-stakes search environments;
You’re comfortable with both the technical and strategic side of SEO, and you know how to translate data into clear, commercial outcomes; and
You’re proactive, curious and always thinking about what’s next - especially when it comes to AI and the future of search.
