The role will suit someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, sales administration and contracts administration, with responsibility for managing quotations, following up opportunities and supporting contract renewals from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Prepare, process and follow up service quotations and convert opportunities into sales;
Respond to customer enquiries and provide a high level of customer service;
Monitor quotation activity and proactively follow up outstanding opportunities;
Prepare and follow up contract and maintenance renewal proposals;
Maintain accurate customer, quotation and contract information within the ERP system;
Coordinate with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders to progress enquiries and contracts;
Complete reporting and administrative requirements, including month-end reporting;
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience;
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
Manage competing priorities while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes;
Work towards and exceed agreed KPIs and sales targets; and
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you'll ideally have
Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, service coordination or a similar role;
Experience within a service-based or technical environment is desirable;
Strong communication and customer relationship skills;
Experience with quotations, contracts, orders or sales administration;
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills;
Confidence following up customers and internal stakeholders;
Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines; and
A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
