  • Verify works against drawings, specs and approved management plans;

  • Review progress against the approved construction programme and flag slippage;

  • Ensure Building Act compliance inspections occur and are documented;

  • Communicate potential time / cost / quality issues with clients and project team; and

  • Assist the Superintendent’s Representative with payment claims, variations, EOTs & RFIs.

Required Experience

You’re a practical, site-confident leader with a strong safety mindset and excellent stakeholder skills, comfortable operating in complex, live environments.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification; TAFE/trade backgrounds considered;

  • 5+ years delivering large commercial construction projects;

  • Proven contracts administration experience;

Benefits

  • Compelling rate: $79.17/hour (incl. 25% loading) + superannuation;

  • Lead site coordination in a mission-critical, live environment; and

  • Showcase programme control, compliance and contract-admin expertise on a complex government project.
