About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Solution Lead to take ownership of a critical enterprise learning technology environment.

Working at the intersection of Learning, HR and Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring learning platforms remain reliable, secure and aligned to business needs. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive system enhancements, support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape the future of learning technology services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and ongoing optimisation of enterprise learning platforms and services;

  • Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to drive successful outcomes;

  • Coordinate system enhancements, testing, releases and service transition activities;

  • Ensure learning systems remain stable, secure, supportable and aligned to business priorities;

  • Support governance, compliance, risk management and operational readiness activities; and

  • Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and operational processes while identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting or leading Learning Management Systems (LMS) or learning technology platforms;

  • Experience with platforms such as SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Workday Learning or similar enterprise learning solutions;

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across Learning, HR, Technology and vendor teams;

  • Experience managing system enhancements, releases, incidents and continuous improvement initiatives;

  • Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills; and

  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology outcomes.
