Standalone Payroll Manager (Part-Time - 20 Hours Per Week)

Our client is seeking a Standalone Payroll Manager to take responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing within a well-established organisation.

About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture leadership team, you will be responsible for:
End-to-end payroll processing and delivery;
Payroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance activities;
Superannuation, PAYG and statutory obligations;
Leave management and payroll data integrity;
Payroll queries and stakeholder support;
Award interpretation and payroll compliance;
Supporting payroll system enhancements, testing and process improvements; and
Audit and month-end payroll reporting requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in a standalone payroll position;
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements;
Experience processing end-to-end payroll with minimal supervision;
Strong reconciliation, reporting and Excel skills;
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability;
The confidence to liaise with employees and stakeholders at all levels; and
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
