About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for analysing, optimising and managing the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, demand planning, distribution and reverse logistics. You will also act as the deputy to the Logistics Manager, stepping into leadership responsibilities when required.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and optimise end-to-end supply chain performance, identifying opportunities to improve cost, efficiency and service levels;
Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders;
Manage inventory levels and implement inventory policies and procedures;
Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management;
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support strategic supply chain decisions;
Coordinate warehousing and freight activities through third-party logistics providers;
Manage supplier relationships and ensure equipment orders are delivered on time;
Oversee forward and reverse logistics processes, including warranty returns and equipment refurbishment;
Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimise disruptions;
Act as the key contact for equipment orders and enquiries from internal and external stakeholders; and
Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive process optimisation across the supply chain.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline;
Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics or a similar analytical role;
Strong experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, supply chain analytics and vendor management;
Proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and inventory management platforms;
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail;
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment; and
Experience managing third-party logistics providers and complex supply chain networks.
