About the Role:
This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Support Team Lead to join the Geelong office for an immediate start.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a 12-person technical support team across L1–L3 capability levels. Operating within a high-volume MSP environment, you will oversee ticket workflows, manage escalations, ensure SLA performance and drive a strong customer-first culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced service environments and enjoys coaching and developing technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a multi-level IT support team;
Oversee ticket queues, escalations and workflow management;
Monitor SLA performance and drive service improvements;
Support complex incident resolution where required; and
Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience leading IT support teams;
Strong background within MSP or high-volume IT environments;
Deep understanding of SLA-driven service delivery;
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; and
A calm, structured approach in fast-paced environments.
