About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established Australian business currently investing heavily in its systems, processes and customer experience capabilities.
As Systems Lead, you will take ownership of key business applications across the organisation, with a strong focus on CRM platforms and the systems that support sales, customer service and operational teams.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to expert for business systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to drive system improvements, support integrations, manage enhancements and ensure technology is delivering real business value.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert for CRM and business applications across the organisation;
Manage the day-to-day support, administration and optimisation of CRM platforms and related systems;
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement;
Coordinate and oversee system enhancements, upgrades and implementation activities;
Support integrations between CRM, ERP and other business-critical applications;
Work closely with external vendors and technology partners to deliver technical solutions;
Assist with data management, reporting, system governance and user adoption initiatives;
Provide technical support and guidance to users across sales, service and operational functions; and
Contribute to projects involving system improvements, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or similar role;
Exposure to CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce, HubSpot or comparable solutions;
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams;
Experience supporting business applications, system enhancements and change initiatives;
Understanding of integrations, workflows and process automation tools;
Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and deliver practical solutions;
Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners;
A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine interest in improving systems and user experience; and
Background in application support, business systems administration or technical support will be highly regarded.
