Are you a proactive Talent Acquisition professional who loves end-to-end recruitment, improving processes, and building strong relationships with hiring managers? What You’ll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end recruitment nationally, approx. 8–12 active roles at any time;
Bring strong sourcing capability, LinkedIn searches, talent pipelining, market mapping, and building future talent pools;
Handle recruitment administration: reference checks, police/medical checks, contracts, and onboarding coordination;
Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, share best-practice recruitment approaches, and support a smooth, effective hiring process; and
Drive process improvement, including interview guides, templates, workflow enhancements, and involvement in ATS/system updates.
About You
You’ll thrive here if you:

Are tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (Employment Hero experience is a plus);
Can work autonomously, influence hiring managers, and set clear expectations;
