About the role / what you'll be doing
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage end-to-end internal and external recruitment cycles. This is a hands-on role focusing on delivering high-quality sourcing and selection outcomes for both white and blue-collar workforce. Your day-to-day will involve:
Providing expert recruitment advice and support to front-line leaders and stakeholders;
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: preparing advertisements, conducting suitability assessments, performing reference checks, and facilitating final onboarding;
Enhancing recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Seek, and the internal vacancy board; and
Contributing to the ongoing development of recruitment strategies and procedures.
What experience you'll need to apply
At least two years of experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally within a medium-to-large organisation;
Proven ability to manage a mix of white and blue-collar roles;
Strong organisational skills to meet delivery time-frames autonomously; and
Experience with systems such as PageUp, OneTest, or SuccessFactors is highly regarded.
What you'll get in return
This contract offers an immediate start with an initial term running through to the end of August 2026. The role pays $70 per hour for a standard 40-hour work week, with the potential for extensions based on business requirements and performance. You will enjoy a hybrid working model that includes two days working from home each week.
