An opportunity has become available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a leading professional services organisation with a national footprint. Working as part of an established Talent Acquisition function, this role will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of professional and specialist positions. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders across the business, managing multiple recruitment processes while delivering a responsive and high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
 
This would particularly suit someone who enjoys a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment, knows how to keep multiple processes moving and takes pride in being highly organised, communicative and proactive.
 
The role:
 
Managing your own portfolio of vacancies across designated business units, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing and sourcing strategy through to offer and onboarding.
 
You will:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies;

• Manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes concurrently across professional and specialist disciplines;

• Proactively source and engage talent through a range of channels;

• Provide regular, meaningful updates to hiring managers and maintain momentum throughout each process;

• Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer;

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide advice on market conditions, candidate availability and recruitment strategy;

• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and documentation;

• Contribute to ongoing improvements across recruitment processes, systems and ways of working; and

• Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives as the function continues to evolve its use of technology and AI.

About you:
 
You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong end-to-end recruitment capability gained within an internal TA function or agency environment.
 
Ideally, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience recruiting white-collar professional and specialist positions;

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to partner with hiring managers across different levels of an organisation;

• The ability to manage a busy portfolio of vacancies and competing priorities without losing momentum;

• Excellent organisation, follow-up and communication skills;

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach – you don't wait to be chased for an update; and

• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes an effective recruitment process.

Above all, you will be someone who enjoys being close to the business, builds relationships quickly and can bring structure and momentum to a busy recruitment environment.
