The Role:
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and manage a team of two Talent Partners in this operational and strategically focused position. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead end to end recruitment for hard to fill and specialist roles, including regional locations;
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers;
Develop workforce planning and talent strategies aligned to business needs;
Provide reporting and insights on recruitment activity and spend;
Implement and embed SmartRecruiters across the business, supporting system adoption and training; and
Build talent pipelines and create attraction strategies to strengthen brand recognition
To Be Successful:
Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager is required;
Demonstrable experience being hands on while also delivering strategy;
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers;
Ability to balance immediate hiring needs with long term workforce strategies and clearly communicate those goals; and
Experience working in a growing organisation and implementing talent systems is highly beneficial.
