Are you a strong recruiter who loves being close to the business, building relationships and having genuine ownership of talent? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing business in a broad Talent Acquisition & People Partner role where recruitment is at the heart of what you’ll do.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across senior, specialist and business-critical roles, while also playing a key role in how the business attracts, develops and retains great people. Beyond recruitment, you’ll have exposure to employer brand, onboarding, talent programs, systems and process improvement.
What you'll be doing:
Owning end-to-end recruitment across senior, specialist and business-critical Corporate Office and field based positions;
Proactively sourcing, headhunting and building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies;
Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, challenge thinking when needed and drive quality hiring decisions;
Building relationships with schools, universities, industry bodies and other talent partners;
Creating a strong candidate experience from first interaction through to offer and onboarding;
Coordinating onboarding and orientation for key appointments;
Contributing to talent and succession initiatives, including internal development programs; and
Providing practical support across broader People & Culture matters including contracts, remuneration, awards and recruitment compliance.
About you:
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally across a mix of professional, specialist and leadership roles;
Confidence proactively sourcing and approaching talent, rather than relying solely on advertising;
The ability to build genuine relationships with hiring managers and operate as a trusted recruitment partner;
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and plenty happening at once;
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to keep multiple recruitment processes moving;
Confidence using recruitment technology, HR systems and sourcing platforms;
Curiosity about the broader People & Culture space and an appetite to get involved beyond recruitment; and
A proactive, ownership-driven approach. You spot what needs doing and get on with it**.**
