About the Role

In this role, you’ll step into a highly visible position where you’ll play a key part in shaping how the business attracts and engages top talent. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of recruitment activity across a variety of roles, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver strong hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles within the business;

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies;

  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of channels;

  • Screen, assess and shortlist candidates to ensure strong alignment to role and culture;

  • Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish;

  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage;

  • Support ongoing improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives;

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within relevant systems; and

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment;

  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

  • The ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail;

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering results; and

  • Experience using recruitment systems and tools (advantageous).
