Our client is a growing professional services firm based in the Brisbane CBD, known for its collaborative culture, high level of service and people-first approach. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment and support their people through Tier 1 HR enquiries.
About the Role:
The Talent Advisor will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while also providing trusted HR support to employees and leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across professional services roles;
(briefing, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding);
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs;
Providing Tier 1 advice on policies, procedures and people matters;
Supporting employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, exits);
Maintaining HR systems, records and reporting;
Assisting with HR projects, initiatives and continuous improvement; and
Contributing to employer branding and candidate experience.
About You:
The successful candidate will bring a mix of recruitment expertise and HR advisory experience, along with a professional and approachable style.
You will ideally have:
Experience in recruitment and HR advisory roles (professional services preferred);
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment fundamentals;
Confidence handling Tier 1 employee and manager enquiries;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability;
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset; and
Relevant qualifications in HR, Business or a related field (desirable).
