This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team on a short-term temporary assignment, with the potential for permanency based on performance and business needs.
About the Role
As a Talent Partner, you will work closely with leaders across corporate support functions, delivering end-to-end recruitment while providing strategic talent advice and exceptional stakeholder support.
Key responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate service portfolios;
Partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes;
Proactively sourcing active and passive talent through various channels;
Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business;
Supporting talent pooling and future workforce planning initiatives;
Ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience;
Managing recruitment administration, reporting, contracts, and compliance; and
Promoting the organisation’s EVP and employer brand in the market.
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally internal TA;
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to sourcing talent;
Experience recruiting across corporate or professional services roles;
Strong organisational and administration skills;
Exposure to ATS platforms and recruitment technology; and
Experience within not-for-profit, healthcare, aged care, or community services will be highly regarded.
