This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team on a short-term temporary assignment, with the potential for permanency based on performance and business needs.

About the Role

As a Talent Partner, you will work closely with leaders across corporate support functions, delivering end-to-end recruitment while providing strategic talent advice and exceptional stakeholder support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate service portfolios;

  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes;

  • Proactively sourcing active and passive talent through various channels;

  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business;

  • Supporting talent pooling and future workforce planning initiatives;

  • Ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience;

  • Managing recruitment administration, reporting, contracts, and compliance; and

  • Promoting the organisation’s EVP and employer brand in the market.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally internal TA;

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to sourcing talent;

  • Experience recruiting across corporate or professional services roles;

  • Strong organisational and administration skills;

  • Exposure to ATS platforms and recruitment technology; and

  • Experience within not-for-profit, healthcare, aged care, or community services will be highly regarded.
