We’re partnering with a national organisation experiencing strong growth across Australia. With expansion comes opportunity, and they are now looking to appoint a junior HR Business Partner to support their senior leadership team and play a key role in scaling the business.
 
The Opportunity
 
This is a true generalist role with a strong focus on recruitment for senior corporate positions. You’ll partner closely with leaders to attract and secure high-calibre talent, while also contributing across the broader employee lifecycle.
 
You’ll be joining a young, energetic and collaborative team who genuinely enjoy what they do. It’s a five-day in-office environment based in Melbourne, ideal for someone who values visibility, pace and being embedded in the business.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for senior corporate roles;

  • Support workforce planning aligned to national growth strategy;

  • Provide generalist HR advice across employee relations, performance, engagement and policy;

  • Contribute to HR projects linked to growth, structure and capability; and

  • Build trusted, credible relationships across the business.

About You

  • 3–5 years’ HR experience in a generalist or advisory capacity;

  • Strong recruitment capability, ideally with exposure to senior-level hiring;

  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders;

  • Commercially pragmatic and solutions-focused;

  • Energised by growth environments and happy working at pace; and

  • Enjoy being in the office and part of a vibrant team culture.
