What is the role?
You’ll support a busy Corporate Governance & Advisory team in delivering company secretarial and administrative support across a broad portfolio of entities.
This is a varied role combining team administration, documentation management, billing support and compliance processes, making it ideal for someone who enjoys structure, detail and working in a fast-paced environment.
Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior stakeholders and the wider team;
Assist with company secretarial and compliance processes across a portfolio of entities;
Support searches, conflict checks and corporate compliance requirements;
Coordinate billing, invoicing, expenses and other finance-related administration;
Manage file opening and closing, records and internal systems;
Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients and external parties;
Provide diary, travel, meeting and event coordination; and
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a legal, corporate or professional services environment;
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills;
Exposure to compliance, corporate documentation or billing processes is highly regarded; and
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
