What is the role?
Provide a high level of admin support to a field-based team of Relationship Managers;
Facilitate franchise agreement renewals and manage contracts using DocuSign;
Maintain accurate records and manage documentation effectively;
Coordinate the annual company interstate conference;
Support new franchise setups, liaising with suppliers for signage, fit-outs, and equipment;
Utilise Photoshop to create collateral and required digital assets;
Create resources to assist franchisees with events, promotions and awards;
Respond to franchisee queries promptly via phone and email; and
Build and manage relationships with suppliers and providers.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role;
A degree or equivalent qualification is essential;
Experience with franchise businesses or branch coordination (advantageous);
Strong communication and organisational skills;
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure; and
Must be eligible to pass a Working with Children Check.
